Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: For all deliveries to Mainland UK postcodes (except the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, etc) Delivery is £10 using our insured recorded courier service. Exceptions to these charges (in the case of extremely heavy items) will be detailed in any product listing and any extra charges will not be added until you are completely happy. If in any doubt, drop us an email or give us a call.
Q: How long will my item take to be delivered?
A: In most cases, the item will be in stock and delivery normally takes around 1-2 working days! If items are currently out of stock we will get an estimated time of delivery from our supplier and once you are informed you have the choice to keep the item on backorder or cancel your order.
Q: Can I collect my item from the store?
A: Of course! We are open 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. There is facility outside of the store to stop while we help you into your car with those larger items.
Q: What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
A: You may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or an alternative product. Please contact us beforehand to arrange this. The following items may however NOT be returned - DJ Stylii, DJ Products with Software Included, Earplugs. We will of course replace any faulty or damaged items, these must be returned to us first for inspection/appraisal before any decision is made. Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt regarding faulty or damaged items. Please be aware that buyers are responsible for postage costs when returning items or if we have to resend items that were undeliverable the first time. Any charges made by Customs if sending overseas with be the buyers responsibility. Any refunds given will incur a "handling charge" to cover our postage/shipping and listing costs. Returned items must be in original condition and include all packaging. Any damage to items when being returned will be deemed the buyers responsiblity. |
