NAMM 2017: Introducing the American Professional Series from FenderPosted 24 January 2017
Every January, music dealers, music distributors and of course music manufacturers come together in Anaheim, California for the NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) show, the world’s largest trade-only event for the music products industry.
Cookes are excited to bring you the latest Fender news from California, so all you guitar-fans, listen up!
Fender have replaced their American Standard Series models with the American Professional range of guitars and basses, including brand new models Tele Deluxe, Jazzmaster and Jaguar lines. New colours have been added to the range, including Sonic Gray, Mystic Seafoam and Antique Olive. Butterscotch Blonde has also made a comeback on the Tele models. All models throughout the range have V-Mod single-coil pickups.
All guitars feature a new “Deep C” neck profile - a slightly chunkier more comfortable neck for traditional players, while the Treble-bleed circuit retains more treble frequencies at lower volumes.
The basses have narrow-tall frets, fluted-shaft tuning machines, bone nut and Posiflex graphite rods.
Cookes are thrilled to have a selection of these new guitars in stock NOW, so browse our website for more information, or pop in and try them out yourself.
