Block Steel Bridge Saddles

The Tele has retained its through-body stringing but has upgraded the traditional bent steel saddles to block steel ones that offer better sustain and a little more 'zing' to your tone.

Player Series pickups

The new Player Series pickups are voiced to serve up an authentic Fender tone but with a slight push in the output and tone, giving you a crisp and articulate modern sound that still pays homage to those vintage tones we know and love.

The Elusive 22nd Fret

Finally!  Fender has moved away from tradition and has added a 22nd fret to its Telecaster so you can bend the high D up to E, meaning that your Tele now gives you four octaves within which to express yourself!
