Pre Loved Lowden 0385 Cocobolo Custom inc Hard Case

This guitar was custom built in the spring of 2003, based on the “ideal guitar” concept envisioned by Dave Ingham, Product Manager at Lowden Guitars. There are a couple of small marks on the front and some pick marks on the scratch plate, but apart from these cosmetic imperfections, the guitar is in excellent condition.

It was crafted using wood stock originally reserved for the 25th Anniversary Special Limited Edition guitars, which were offered at €7,900.00. Although 100 instruments were planned, only 50 were completed.

Distinct from the standard Premier Range, this model features a three-piece neck made of Striped Australian Blackwood, and a bridge with saddle pins crafted from Old Growth Brazilian Rosewood.

The top is made of select Master Grade Sitka spruce, while the fingerboard is ebony. The bindings, rosette, and base inlays incorporate a combination of sycamore, mahogany, rosewood, walnut, and Striped Australian Blackwood.
