Made in Mexico in 2016 and in an excellent condition - the only marks of any note is a lacquer crack in the neck pocket and a few miniscule dinks on the body. These are hard to see and impossible to capture in the photos. Includes the original Fender gig bag which is a bit mucky.

Freshly prepared and restrung with Fender Classic Core Bullet end strings 09-42.

Celebrate the legendary sound and unmistakable style of Jimi Hendrix with the Fender Jimi Hendrix Stratocaster in Olympic White. Inspired by Hendrix's iconic modified Stratocasters, this distinctive electric guitar combines classic Fender design with unique features created to recreate the feel, tone and character of his famous upside-down guitars.

A key feature is the reverse headstock, which reflects Hendrix's habit of flipping his guitars over and restringing them for left-handed playing. This design creates a longer string length on the bass strings for a tighter playing feel, while also providing a distinctive response for bending and vibrato on the treble strings.

The guitar is equipped with three American Vintage '65 single-coil Stratocaster pickups, including a reverse-slanted bridge pickup. This unusual pickup configuration contributes to a distinctive Fender tone with plenty of warmth, clarity, upper-harmonic detail and definition. The reverse-mounted pickups also produce a different pole-piece stagger, helping to create subtle variations in string-to-string volume balance.

The 9.5-inch-radius 'C'-shaped maple neck features medium jumbo frets, offering a comfortable and versatile playing experience. Its flatter fingerboard radius works equally well for traditional Stratocaster chords and expressive bends, making it a great choice for everything from blues and rock rhythm playing to fiery lead work.

The Hendrix-inspired details continue throughout the guitar. The large '70s-style Stratocaster headstock features Jimi Hendrix's signature on the rear, while the special neck plate incorporates a shoulders-up silhouette of Hendrix alongside the engraved "Authentic Hendrix" inscription.
