This pre loved Marshall DSL40 is a 40-watt, all-valve 1x12" combo guitar amplifier that serves as a staple gigging and practice tool for guitarists worldwide. It is in mint condition and it delivers iconic, all-tube British tones, spanning from sparkling cleans to high-gain crunch. Includes footswitch.

The amplifier family primarily consists of two distinct generations: the older DSL40C (released in 2012) and the modern, heavily revised DSL40CR (released in 2018).

Speaker Upgrade: The older DSL40C shipped with a standard Celestion Seventy 80 speaker, which many players found overly bright or harsh. The newer DSL40CR upgrades this to a Celestion V-Type speaker, which provides a warmer, sweeter vintage voice with smoother mids.
Dual Master Volumes: The DSL40CR adds two master volume controls instead of one. This lets you configure a foot-switchable volume boost for solos.
Reverb System: The DSL40CR features an upgraded, studio-quality digital reverb with separate controls for each channel.
MIDI Compatibility: Technical players can use any standard MIDI hardware with the DSL40CR to control channel switching and FX loop options seamlessly.
Recording Output: The "R" in DSL40CR stands for Recording. It incorporates an emulated line out featuring speaker cabinet emulation designed by Softube, allowing you to feed audio directly into an audio interface or headphones.

Classic Gain Channel:
- Clean Mode: Pristine, high-headroom cleans that provide an excellent platform for effects pedals.
- Crunch Mode: Delivers iconic vintage Marshall breakup reminiscent of Plexi or early JCM800 heads.
Ultra Gain Channel:
- OD1 Mode: Thick, heavy rock distortion suited for hard rock riffs and high-energy chugging.
