Pre Loved NUX NOD-1 Horseman Overdrive

The NUX NOD-1 Horseman is a compact overdrive pedal inspired by the legendary Klon Centaur. It is designed to deliver the transparent, dynamic character that made the original so popular, while adding extra versatility through two selectable voicings.

The Horseman is known for:

Transparent overdrive that preserves the natural sound of your guitar and amplifier.
Tight, articulate attack with a slight midrange emphasis that helps notes cut through a mix.
Smooth, open breakup that responds well to picking dynamics.
High headroom, giving it an amp-like feel with plenty of clarity.
Excellent performance as a clean boost when the gain is set low and the output is increased.
Controls

The pedal features three controls and a mode switch:

Volume – Sets the overall output level and provides enough volume to push the front end of an amplifier.
Gain – Adjusts the amount of overdrive, ranging from a clean boost to medium-gain drive.
Treble – Controls the high-frequency response, allowing you to brighten or darken the tone.
Gold/Silver switch
Gold mode recreates the classic Klon-style overdrive with a transparent, low-to-medium gain response.
Silver mode increases the available gain and saturation while maintaining note definition.

The Horseman also includes an internal 18V voltage conversion circuit, allowing it to run from a standard 9V power supply while providing the increased headroom and harmonic richness typically associated with higher-voltage operation. It can also be configured for either true bypass or buffered bypass.
