This pre owned item is in good condition with a few signs of light wear.

Sound

The Cube Bass 30 is known for being:

  • Clear and punchy rather than vintage and woolly.

  • Louder than many 30-watt practice amps thanks to Roland's efficient power section.

  • Especially good for clean tones, slap bass, funk, jazz, and modern rock.

  • Capable of respectable overdriven sounds via its amp models, though it's not intended as a high-gain amp.

Best uses

It excels as:

  • A home practice amp.

  • A rehearsal amp with moderate-volume bands.

  • A recording amp using the headphone/recording output.

  • A small combo for acoustic or coffee-shop gigs where stage volume is modest.

  • Excellent build quality; many units are still in regular use after 15–20 years.

  • Wide variety of usable tones.

  • Useful built-in effects.

  • Quiet operation with reliable electronics.

  • Strong value on the second-hand market.
