Celebrating Taylor’s rich heritage of innovation since 1975, the Legacy 810e captures the spirit and sound of the original Dreadnought acoustic-electric guitar, thoughtfully enhanced with modern updates for improved performance and style. Built with Indian rosewood back and sides and a Sitka spruce top, this model honors Bob Taylor’s pioneering craftsmanship, delivering a bold, resonant voice with warmth, clarity, and lush overtones—all supported by classic X-bracing and Bob’s signature tonal refinement.

Refinements include a contemporary Taylor neck profile that ensures comfortable playability and easy adjustments, along with a slightly evolved Dreadnought body shape that remains true to Taylor’s early design roots. Aesthetic touches nod to the iconic 800 Series origins, featuring white binding, a green abalone three-ring rosette, mother-of-pearl Large Diamond inlays, a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard, and ebony bridge pins adorned with green abalone dots.

The Legacy 810e comes equipped with an LR Baggs Element VTC undersaddle pickup and soundhole-mounted controls, making it stage-ready right out of the case. It arrives in a deluxe hardshell case and includes a custom-designed Legacy interior label.
