The P58 system consists of a transmitter that connects directly to your instrument, typically an electric guitar or bass, and a combined receiver and tuner pedal. The receiver can be placed at the beginning of your pedalboard or used independently between your instrument and amplifier or audio interface. A 12V power supply for the receiver/tuner is included.
With crystal-clear 24-bit/48 kHz audio, a wide and smooth frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, and a 110 dB signal-to-noise ratio, the P58 delivers excellent sound quality without compromising your tone. Enjoy the freedom of wireless performance while retaining the clarity and character of your instrument.
The P58R Receiver/Tuner gives you the choice of True Bypass or Buffered Bypass operation. Buffered Bypass is ideal for longer cable runs or larger pedalboards, helping maintain your signal quality when using multiple pedals. For smaller setups where maximum tonal purity is the priority, True Bypass provides a direct signal path.
The integrated high-precision A-440 digital tuner makes tuning quick and easy, with a bright display that remains clearly visible under stage lighting or in direct sunlight. The display also shows the active wireless channel, indicates when the signal is muted, and confirms when the transmitter and receiver are successfully connected.
Operating on the 5.8 GHz wireless band, the P58 benefits from a less congested frequency range than 2.4 GHz systems, helping provide a reliable and consistent connection. The P58R True Diversity Receiver automatically scans all six available wireless channels and selects the strongest signal, ensuring a stable wireless link throughout rehearsals and performances.
The A58T Transmitter features a switchable Active/Passive mode to suit different types of pickups. Passive mode is designed for instruments with passive pickups, while Active mode applies a -10 dB pad to accommodate active or high-output pickups. This helps prevent unwanted distortion and clipping while maintaining a clean, high-quality signal.
